To provide educational resources for marching members of the Phantom Regiments Drum & Bugle Corps.
- Be a graduating high school senior or current four-year college/university student;
- Have a GPA of at least 2.5/4.0;
- Demonstrate financial need;
- Be a marching member of the Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps.
This scholarship requires one recommendation. It’s strongly recommended that your reference be an instructor familiar with the applicant’s musical talents. Applicants may reside anywhere within the United States.
