Applicant must
- Be a graduating high school senior or current four-year college/university student;
- Be a marching member of the Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps; and
- Demonstrate financial need.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given moderate priority in the selection process.
Applicants may reside anywhere within the United States.
