Applicant must:
- Be a graduating high school senior;
-Currently residing in Winnebago County; - Demonstrate outstanding leadership, dependability, and citizenship; and
-Demonstrate moderate financial need.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given high priority consideration in the selection process.
