Supporting Freeport art students.
Applicants must:
- Be a graduating senior at Freeport High School;
- Demonstrate academic achievement, self-motivation, and an interest in the arts;
- Exhibit artistic talent by participating in the Freeport High School arts curriculum; and
- Intend to pursue further education in the fine arts.
