Applicants must:
- Be a graduating senior at a public or private school in Rockford, IL;
- Have been on the high school swim team for three or more years, including senior year;
- Exhibit a high degree of integrity; and
- Demonstrate financial need.
Specifications:
For the purposes of this scholarship, integrity is defined as having strong moral principles, behaving ethically, and being honest.
