Jouris Family Scholarship

For the study of mathematics or physical sciences at an accredited college, university or junior college.


Applicants must:


- Be a graduating senior from an accredited public or private high school within Winnebago County; and

- Have a minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0.


Applicants' post-secondary curriculum must be dominated by mathematics and/or physical science. However, applicants do not have to major in these two subjects and can major in fields related to mathematics (i.e. statistics, engineering, etc.) or physical science (i.e. physics, chemistry, astronomy, earth science, etc.).


The recipient's award will be renewed automatically for up to four years so long as the recipient continues to be eligible and enrolled in undergraduate study.
