Supporting students who are passionate about social studies and civic engagement.
Applicants must:
- Be a graduate or a graduating high school senior from a public high school in Winnebago or Boone Counties;
- Currently reside in Boone or Winnebago County;
- Demonstrate a history of being actively involved in social studies organizations, clubs, and classes such as student government, political campaigns, community organizing, or advocacy; and
- Demonstrate a high level of financial need.

Academic performance will be high priority consideration in the selection process.
