Applicant must:
- Be a current college or non-traditional student; - Have a permanent address in Winnebago or Boone County; - Demonstrate financial need; and - Exhibit sincerity, high character, and the ability to overcome obstacles.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
