Supporting Byron students pursuing a science-based career.
Applicants must:
- Be a graduate of or current senior at Byron High School; and
-Intent to teach elementary (K-6) science or pursue a science-based career such as medicine, scientific research, or medical technology.
Specifications:
For the purposes of this scholarship, "science" refers to the hard sciences such as physics, chemistry, or biology.
Preference may be given to students who intend to teach K-6 science.
