To provide educational resources for African-American females from Winnebago County.
Applicants must:
- Be African-American female seniors from a Winnebago County high school;
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.7/4.0;
- Plan to attend a two-or-four year college or university; and
- Exhibit dedication to academic excellence, a zest for life, a sense of purpose, and a commitment to community service.
